The Witcher is a Polish-American fantasy drama series. The show is based on a series of books by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski. Set on a fictional, medieval-inspired landmass known as "the Continent", The Witcher explores the legend of Geralt of Rivia and Princess Ciri, who are linked to each other by destiny.
The Witcher is a fan-favorite Netflix original that aired its first season in 2019. The second season comes out in December 2021, but it won’t be available everywhere right off the bat.
